👋 Hey Mom,
 
I want to tell you a little bit more about us, and why our gym and program is something you would benefit from.
 
➡️First off, we work exclusively with moms and women only. No guys allowed! This is important and our biggest “brag”.
Why is it moms only you may be wondering?🧐
 
Long story short:
 
I watched my own mom struggle with her weight and health most of my life after failing with numerous diets and fad workouts. 😔
 
Once I became a coach, I trained my mom and helped her lose over 50 pounds! She was my very first client actually.
 
This sparked a passion for helping others, and more specifically helping other moms.😀
 
Now, let me ask you a few questions…
 
When’s the last time you felt truly safe and comfortable at a big gym or studio gym without that feeling of being judged or like all eyes are on you?
 
When’s the last time you were part of a group of other moms trying to support one another daily?
 
When’s the last time you actually believed in yourself and had the confidence to achieve your goals?
 
You see,
 
Most moms that I speak with have had terrible experiences with trying to lose weight and become healthier.
 
They try diets, shakes, pills, surgery, personal trainers, group classes like bodypump or zumba, etc.
 
They see a little progress at best, but never seem to maintain that progress. 🤦‍♀️
 
They stay consistent for a few weeks or months, but never seem to stay on track in the long run.
 
Something always happens, and they default to putting their goals, health and aspirations on the bottom of the list again.
 
They say things like:
 
“ill start again after the holidays”
 
“i just dont have time right now”
 
“kids come first, so ill focus on myself later”
 
“i’ve tried diets before and nothing worked for me”
 
I want to make sure that doesn’t continue to happen to you, or to any other mom out there!
 
It’s my life’s mission to help as many moms as I can lose weight, feel better, feel stronger, have more energy and become the best version of themselves as they can be.
 
So how do we do that for you?
 
💥First, by making you stronger and getting you more energized with proper exercise and strength training.
 
💥Second, we STOP the restrictive diets and teach you how to eat in a healthy, sustainable way so you can keep the weight off once its off!
 
💥Third, we reprogram your mindset and install new habits. This is the most important part of the process.
 
Without changing your mindset and habits, you’ll always go back to square one eventually. (how many times have you started a program/diet/workout only to stop after a while?)
 
 
Full disclosure here…I AM going to try and “sell” you on joining our gym.

Not every mom that I speak with joins the program, and thats ok. Because my main focus is truly helping you and getting you the results you have been chasing for years.
 
That’s why I talk to every single mom who wants to join the program, to ensure its a good fit on both ends. 😍
