I have been a personal trainer and behavior coach for over 9 years, specializing in weight loss, life coaching, and behavior/habit change. I have trained people of all shapes and sizes, young and old, novice or expert; the busy mom, the corporate executive, the fitness competitor and everything in between. I have always worked for a gym or personal training studio and have now decided to open my own gym, MillersMusclesandMakeovers! My focus and passion in life is working with moms and growing my strong mom movement so I can help make a bigger impact in this world.
The ability to achieve excellent results with a large number of moms in particular that I have had the pleasure of working with is due to several key practices I have learned throughout my career, which is why I customize each and every workout and nutrition plan. There are no cookie-cutter, one-size-fits-all plans. I have plans to help every person have a basic system in place that is easily modified and customized along the way for you to help you get the best results based on your goals.
